Yes, we do have a minimum order requirement of 10 cartons per order. We would be happy to refer you to one of our distributors if you want to purchase our products in smaller volumes.

At Raptis Pax we collect all our scraps and materials used in the manufacture of finished products and compact them, which are subsequently reconstituted into materials for re-processing.

Can you do custom-made products. If so, how long will it take to make?

Yes, our in-house design team uses state of the art softwares and technology to design and produce your custom-made tool. We will provide you with 2D and 3D drawings as well as prototype samples prior to final production of the tool.

This process can take between 6-10 weeks depending on the intricacy of the tool design.

How do you log into the catalogue section?

Please go to the products page and register your details to create your own username and password. Using these details you can login to the Members section where you will be able to view our entire catalogue.

Keep a record of your registered details in order to sign in to our Members page at a later date.

How quickly can I get my order?

We endeavour to keep our in-house products in stock at all times, however we recommend that you provide us with a 7-10 day lead time to ensure your order is fulfilled on time, every time, as per your requirements.

What is your Return Policy?

We have strict quality assurance systems to ensure that all goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition. We will accept returns and credits where appropriate criteria have been met e.g. goods damaged in transit must be notified to our office immediately as transport companies require notification of damage within 48hrs of delivery.

All other returns must be notified to our sales department within 30 days of the goods being shipped; otherwise a return or credit may be refused.
